Customer Advisor – Optical Shop

About the role

Interoptik Gangestad Storbyen in Sarpsborg is looking for a customer advisor in an 80% position. You will help customers make good choices and strengthen the shop's reputation for service and quality, working alongside a professional and engaged team.

Key responsibilities

• Selling and fitting glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Building good relationships and ensuring top customer experiences
• Consulting, lens instruction and eye health guidance
• Handling orders and follow-up, keeping the shop and workshop tidy
• Giving personal and professional advice to customers
• Taking part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Keeping the shop clean and welcoming
