About the role

Thon Hotel Baronen is looking for enthusiastic part‑time staff and extra helpers to join its close‑knit team of about 20 people. The positions cover breakfast service, kitchen assistance, cleaning, and reception duties in a relaxed hotel environment located near the Moa shopping area, a short drive from Ålesund centre.

Key responsibilities

• Serve breakfast guests and support kitchen operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Assist at the front desk with check‑in, check‑out, and guest inquiries.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian (English is a plus).
• Reliability and punctuality.
