Deputy Manager, Sushi Restaurant

About the role

Sabrura, a well-established sushi restaurant concept in Steinkjer known for its food, service and atmosphere, is looking for a deputy manager (nestleder). As the star of the floor you will represent the restaurant's values, work closely with your colleagues in a team focused on great guest experiences, and have several areas of responsibility that offer room for development.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the restaurant's values and give guests a warm welcome
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues to deliver good guest experiences
• Take care of the restaurant's atmosphere so that it is clean, tidy and welcoming, even during busy periods
• Contribute to sales and the overall guest experience

Required profile

• Restaurant or service experience is an advantage
• Ability to cope with a high workload
• Passion for sales and guest experiences
