DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer in Oslo to help build, improve and secure modern development tools and infrastructure. The role works with continuous integration, delivery and deployment pipelines, cloud technologies, container orchestration and security practices to support reliable and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and optimise automated deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure systems and infrastructure remain secure against potential threats.
• Analyse system performance and implement improvements that enhance scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
• Share knowledge and best practices to support colleagues and strengthen DevSecOps ways of working.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across development and operational workflows.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in DevSecOps.
• Strong experience with continuous integration, delivery and deployment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to key decisions and solve complex challenges.
• Norwegian security clearance required; applicants must hold Norwegian citizenship.

Required skills

• CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Identity Access Management (IAM); advanced knowledge is an advantage.
• Kubernetes; experience is an advantage.
• HashiCorp Vault, network infrastructure and Red Hat OpenShift administration are beneficial.
