About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front‑desk team on a flexible basis. The position provides hands‑on experience in a vibrant hotel environment with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist with evening and weekend shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and organization.
• Collaborate with the reception manager and other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering top‑class service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian (and preferably English).
• Reliability, flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
