Extra Helper / On-Demand Assistant – Contact Lens Shop

About the role

Brilleland Os is looking for a friendly, flexible extra helper who can work on an as-needed basis alongside studies, another job or other activities. The work takes place in the contact lens shop at Thon Senter Os, which is soon moving to new premises on the second floor. You will help customers with glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses and contribute to a pleasant shop atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and guide customers on glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Create good customer experiences and personal service
• Contribute to sales and shop operations
• Keep the shop inspiring and welcoming

Required profile

• Positive, outgoing and enjoys people
• Thrives on good service
• Flexible and able to stand by when needed
• Willing to learn and develop
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and when ill
• Shop experience is an advantage but not required
