Fulfillment Operating Manager

About the role

Oda is looking for a Fulfillment Operating Manager to lead the day‑shift operations at its Lierskogen fulfillment centre. You will be responsible for safety, performance, and efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment for your team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure shift compliance with safety guidelines and meet performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, well‑being and efficiency, taking corrective action when needed.
• Coach and support Team Leaders, acting as a role model for leadership.
• Participate hands‑on in operations, address personnel issues, and resolve on‑site concerns.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses for near‑misses or injuries and ensure timely closure of deviations.
• Set expectations for team leaders, maintain shift structure, and oversee meetings and reporting.
• Maintain appropriate competency levels across teams and balance staffing.
• Support testing and rollout of new initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership experience in fast‑paced, multinational environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for difficult conversations and team coaching.
• Hands‑on, energetic approach with ability to balance strategic decisions and frontline work.
