Full-Time Driver - Alnabru

About the role

Oda, which develops affordable grocery services, is hiring full-time drivers for its Alnabru site in Oslo. You will report to the Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders as part of the delivery team, bringing groceries to customers and keeping the vans running.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers and make sure every delivery meets the Oda standard.
• Load and unload quickly and carefully, so every box arrives in good condition.
• Keep your van clean, tidy and road-ready.
• Help onboard and train new colleagues.
• Share ideas to improve routines and ways of working.

Required profile

• Valid Class B driving licence held for at least 2 years from the date of issue.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English; Norwegian or another Nordic language is a big plus.
• Nice to have: enjoyment of a physically demanding job, comfort working alone and in a team, strong work ethic, service-minded attitude, responsibility for safety in traffic.
