Global Sales & Project Engineer – Marine Pumping

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Work with ship owners, energy majors, shipyards and other international customers.
• Develop technical system specifications and commercial quotations, including analysis and calculations.
• Take increasing responsibility for sales and project execution from initial request through order and contract handling.
• Coordinate and follow up projects together with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Build relationships across different countries and cultures.
• Travel internationally and represent Framo’s technology in the global market.

Required profile

• Recently completed or about to complete an MSc or equivalent technical degree (engineering, technology, maritime studies or related).
• Curious and eager to learn, with interest in both technology and business.
• Comfortable communicating with people from diverse cultures.
• Confident using digital tools and interested in developing efficient ways of working.
• Structured, able to take initiative and solution‑oriented.
• Service‑minded, able to work independently and enjoy teamwork.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• No prior work experience required; potential and motivation are key.
