ISO Inspector

About the role

We are expanding our Integrity & Inspection department and are looking for an ISO Inspector to join our team in Hammerfest. The role involves planning, monitoring and inspecting maintenance work related to surface treatment and insulation on on‑shore facilities, with occasional offshore assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, follow up and inspect maintenance activities in surface treatment and insulation disciplines.
• Verify work performed by ISO suppliers against standards such as TR0007, TR0042, TR1660 and IPS.
• Conduct field inspections, quality checks and guarantee inspections, and report findings in the relevant systems.
• Monitor supplier resources, competence and qualifications, and participate in deviation handling and final documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal disciplines to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• FROSIO Level III certificate in surface treatment and/or insulation (mandatory).
• Legal right to work in Norway and residence in the country.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian.
• Ability to work independently, structured and quality‑focused.

Required skills

• FROSIO certification (surface treatment or insulation).
• Proficiency with SAP, STID and SOLV data systems.
• Knowledge of technical standards TR0007, TR0042, TR1660 and IPS.
• Experience with inspection, quality control or ISO activities in the oil‑and‑gas industry.
