Junior Project Manager – New Graduate, Bergen

About the role

Omexom Sør is looking for a new graduate with a master's or bachelor's degree to join its newly created junior project manager position in Bergen. The role covers a wide range of tasks supporting, developing and assisting the department, such as analysis, light project management and improvement initiatives, with a career path adapted to the individual's qualities and wishes.

Key responsibilities

• Support other project managers
• Track progress, schedules and budgets
• Coordinate meetings and communication
• Document project status
• Take part in planning and carrying out sub-projects
• Complete other tasks that provide gradual training to run your own projects

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Good written and spoken Norwegian and English
• Driver's licence, at least category B
• Solution-oriented, good teamwork and independent work, structured and responsible

Required skills

• Good IT skills and economic understanding
• Ability to use new technology and digital tools
