About the role

Thon Gruppen is looking for a Development Leader to head its internal technology community. The role combines strong technical expertise with people‑leadership, guiding developers, testers and solution architects as they build and own the company’s digital products and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers and solution architects.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with Thon Gruppen’s AI‑first, data‑driven strategy.
• Own the delivery of internal digital products and platforms, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative culture within the tech department.
• Act as the primary technical mentor and advocate for best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading software development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and testing practices.
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technology.
