Martech Solution Consultant

About the role

Merkle, part of dentsu, is looking for a Martech Consultant in Oslo to work on some of Scandinavia's strongest brands and leading martech platforms. You will help companies build relevant, personalised and data-driven customer experiences by planning, setting up, running and optimising data-driven marketing activities, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on how to use their platforms, data and customer journeys effectively
• Plan, set up and run campaigns across email, SMS, push, web and app channels
• Build and manage automated customer journeys in marketing automation platforms
• Segment audiences based on customer data, behaviour and preferences
• Activate data to create more relevant and personalised communication
• Run testing and optimisation, including A/B testing and personalisation
• Track results, identify improvements and ensure quality in campaign setup, segmentation and delivery
• Work with technical resources on data, integrations and platforms, and contribute to internal methods and best practices

Required profile

• A few years of experience in CRM, marketing automation or data-driven marketing
• Experience with segmentation, customer journeys and campaign execution
• Ability to work in a structured way and take responsibility for own deliverables
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English

Required skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach, Voyago or similar solutions
• Understanding of CRM, CDPs and marketing automation
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, APIs or other technical integrations
• Interest in how AI and new technologies can improve customer experiences
