Project and Client Services Associate (VIE)

About the role

Nord Pool Services, part of the Euronext Group, is looking for a Project and Client Services Associate (VIE) for a 12-month assignment in Oslo, starting 1 January. The post reports to the Head of Nord Pool Services and sits within the Nord Pool Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with senior project managers, senior experts and other team members to support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects
• Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations
• Assist with client requests and provide customer support
• Carry out analysis and desktop research to provide background for customer-tailored events and workshops
• Support the organisation of events and trainings
• Help with administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing client invoices and project budgets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or a related field
• Successful first internship or work experience
• Experience creating reports and presentations
• Planning, organisational, problem-solving, time management and communication skills; team player
• Fluent in English
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to customer assistance; consulting or project management experience is a plus
