Project Manager – Modernization Projects Marine Service

About the role

ABB Marine is looking for a Project Manager to lead modernization projects that upgrade electrical propulsion, power and automation systems on vessels. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver upgrades that meet low‑ and zero‑emission targets and class society regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales hand‑over through engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, commissioning and final hand‑over to service.
• Ensure project delivery follows ABB quality systems and procedures, covering both single‑discipline and multi‑discipline projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical power engineering, automation or a related field.
• Result‑oriented with strong ownership, able to lead teams toward common goals.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with cultural awareness.
