Regional Business Development Lead – Enabling Technologies & Robotics

About the role

The Regional Business Development Lead will act as the growth engine for Medtronic’s Enabling Technologies & Robotics portfolio across the Nordics, Greece and Israel. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the role drives market leadership and profitable growth for navigation, imaging, robotics and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for enabling technologies and robotics, focusing on priority accounts.
• Lead the launch and adoption of the AXiS platform, including reference centre development and early‑adopter support.
• Drive large‑capital business development, manage pipelines and support complex deal negotiations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with university hospitals, academic centres, key opinion leaders and clinical champions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Significant experience in medical technology or healthcare with proven business‑development success.
• Strong understanding of capital‑equipment sales, complex purchasing processes and product launch activities.
• Ability to work across multiple countries in a matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders.
