Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will help lead the floor during service, support the management team and ensure both guests and colleagues have a great experience. You will work alongside the team, keeping everyone organised, confident and focused even during the busiest services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of daily restaurant service.
• Lead by example and help the team deliver warm, energetic hospitality.
• Coordinate the floor and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Coach team members and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening, closing, cash‑handling and daily routines.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

Required profile

• Experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Previous shift supervision experience or readiness to take the next step.
• Clear communication and calmness under pressure.
• Confidence in decision‑making and problem‑solving during service.
• Supportive attitude and contribution to an inclusive team.
• Responsible leadership with energy, trust and respect.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
