Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Spenst Sørumsand is a growing gym looking for an aggressive and structured Sales and Marketing Manager who will mainly drive membership growth and strengthen the centre's visibility in the local community. You will work closely with the centre director to reach shared goals.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and membership growth: follow up leads and conduct sales calls
• Sales reporting: track sales rates and conversion, and keep daily logs and follow-ups in the systems
• Marketing: run and develop social media channels and plan local campaigns

Required profile

• Experience in sales and motivation by results
• Very structured, with good record keeping
• Creative, self-driven and proactive
