Senior Product Marketing Manager – Trading & Optimization

About the role

Volue is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for its Commercial Operations portfolio, which serves traders, asset owners and utilities across European power markets. This senior individual contributor role will shape positioning, messaging and launch activities for a fast‑growing suite of energy‑trading and optimization software.

Key responsibilities

• Own value propositions, personas and messaging frameworks for the Commercial Operations portfolio.
• Develop segmented go‑to‑market strategies for a range of customers from new market entrants to multinational utilities.
• Lead product launches and collaborate with Growth Marketing to build an always‑on demand engine.
• Create high‑impact sales enablement materials such as pitches, decks, case studies and battlecards.
• Partner with Product Management to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence on European energy markets, regulations and competitors.
• Drive customer advocacy through references, success stories and thought‑leadership content.
• Utilise AI tools for research, content creation and competitive monitoring.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product marketing experience for a technical B2B software portfolio.
• Proven track record in positioning solutions for specialist audiences such as traders, asset owners or operations teams.
• Strong commercial and data‑driven mindset with experience owning GTM metrics.
• AI‑native approach to marketing, already using AI tools in daily work.
• Curiosity about European energy markets and ability to understand complex products.
• Professional fluency in English.
