Student Worker – Personal Insurance Claims

About the role

Join AIG’s Claims team in Oslo as a Student Worker, supporting personal insurance claim investigations and administrative tasks on a part‑time basis (15‑20 hours per week). This temporary role offers valuable exposure to business travel and personal accident claims within a global insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Claims Adjusters with administrative and investigative work.
• Analyze claim details and assist in making coverage decisions.
• Interact with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, including AIG offices worldwide.
• Contribute to the handling of Business Travel and Personal Accident claims.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of university studies in law, economics or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Outgoing, structured, and eager to take on new challenges.
