Talent Acquisition & HR Manager

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR professional to lead recruitment and support HR operations for its business in Norway. Recruitment is the primary focus, with end-to-end hiring across technical, operational and corporate functions, alongside onboarding, employee relations and compliance with Norwegian employment requirements. The role suits someone who enjoys building processes, working independently and taking on broader HR responsibilities in a growing international business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run recruiting strategies, proactively source passive candidates and map the talent market
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across channels, including applications, referrals, campus events and agency partnerships
• Evaluate candidates on skills, team fit and cultural alignment, and design competitive compensation packages
• Promote the company culture and employer brand, and advise hiring managers with data-driven insights
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes, and act as the local HR point of contact
• Support employee relations, performance management, compensation reviews and employee engagement
• Maintain HR records and policies, and ensure compliance with Norwegian employment law with external advisers
• Work with payroll, pension and insurance providers, and collaborate with the global HR team on local HR processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Typically 7+ years of recruitment experience, including substantial end-to-end hiring
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing recruitment independently
• Good understanding of the Norwegian talent market and employment practices
• Fluent English; Norwegian is highly desirable

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience in data centres, energy, infrastructure, construction, industrial operations or technology
• Experience setting up recruitment and HR processes from scratch or working in an international organisation
• Familiarity with Norwegian collective agreements, unions and local compliance
