Technical Project Manager, Martech & CX

About the role

Merkle, part of dentsu, helps ambitious companies build data-driven customer experiences through CRM, marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), analytics and customer experience. It is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex Martech and CX projects, acting as the link between customers, business and technical specialists, from planning and implementation to value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Martech and CRM platform implementations and further development, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Braze and Bloomreach projects
• Lead customer experience and digitalisation projects involving CRM, CDP, marketing automation, personalisation and analytics
• Manage cross-functional teams of developers, architects, analysts, strategists and Martech specialists
• Plan projects, budgets, resource plans and delivery structures, and ensure progress, quality, cost and risk control
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to customers on transformation initiatives
• Contribute to improving project methods, processes and best practices

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, delivery management or programme management
• Background in consulting, technology or agency environments
• Demonstrated experience with large digital transformation or technology delivery projects
• Experience with Martech, CRM, CX or CDP projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex stakeholder groups
• Fluent Norwegian and English, spoken and written

Required skills

• Familiarity with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach or similar platforms
• Agile working methods and cross-functional teamwork
