Teknisk forretningsutvikler – Engagement Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Engagement Lead who thrives at the intersection of customer, technology and business. You will act as the technical project manager for new clients, building strong, long‑term relationships while delivering valuable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead customer implementations from kickoff to delivery, ensuring progress, quality, prioritisation and budget compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for the client, managing expectations and providing trusted advice.
• Translate client goals into concrete plans and coordinate deliveries across sales, product and development teams.
• Secure lasting value for the client by identifying risks early, driving improvements and spotting new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading projects, implementations or complex customer processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business understanding, able to create momentum in complex environments.
• Excellent communication in both Norwegian and English, capable of building trust quickly.
• Background in management consulting, business development, SaaS, customer success or project management; banking, fintech, regtech or AML/KYC experience is a plus.
