About the role

We are seeking a dedicated assistant to support the daily operations and pedagogical activities of our kindergarten. The role involves working closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure a nurturing and engaging environment that reflects Læringsverkstedet’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with each child, encouraging participation and self‑confidence.
• Contribute a positive attitude and energy to both the children and the work environment.
• Share responsibility for care and educational tasks such as group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s development.
• Stay professionally updated by attending courses and training offered through Læringsverkstedet Akademiet.

Required profile

• Relational and attentive to each child’s needs, with strong listening skills.
• Ambitious, solution‑oriented, flexible, and collaborative.
• Able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and life situations.
• Independent, responsible, warm, caring, and able to foster a playful, ambitious atmosphere.
• Identifies with Læringsverkstedet’s values and mission.
