Trainee Program 2027 – Rotational Graduate Role

About the role

Join ABB's 2027 Trainee Program and experience four six‑month rotations across technical and administrative functions, gaining hands‑on experience in electrification, automation and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real projects in areas such as product development, innovation, sales, project delivery and risk analysis.
• Participate in installations, deliveries, contract follow‑up and coordination of complex projects.
• Collaborate with international teams and potentially rotate to ABB offices in Norway and abroad.

Required profile

• Recently completed or near completion of a master’s degree in engineering or technology.
• Curious, problem‑solving mindset with strong communication in Norwegian and English.
• Willingness to be flexible regarding work location and rotation assignments.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to see both details and the bigger picture.
• Interest in technology, energy and industry sectors.
