About the role

Thon Bolig is looking for a motivated viewing host to join its sales department on a part‑time, on‑call basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, presenting new housing projects and creating a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for interested customers according to scheduled appointments.
• Provide detailed information about the projects, floor plans, pricing and purchasing process.
• Answer questions, address concerns and guide visitors through the sales journey.
• Maintain the presentation standards of the show units and ensure they are tidy and welcoming.
• Collect feedback from visitors and report insights to the sales team.

Required profile

• Interest in real estate, sales and customer interaction.
• Friendly, service‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on an on‑call basis.
• Reliable, punctual and able to represent the brand professionally.
