About the role

We are rapidly expanding and aim to become Norway’s leading environment for cloud‑service procurement. We are looking for an innovative colleague to work on cybersecurity and help shape how the public sector uses cloud technology to build an effective, safe and sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and establish national framework agreements for cloud services and software.
• Ensure information security, privacy and technical issues are addressed in interdisciplinary processes.
• Negotiate and maintain dialogue with Norwegian and global technology suppliers and public stakeholders.
• Develop long‑term digital procurement strategies with focus on sustainability and innovation.
• Manage strategic contract administration, supplier performance and realization of gains.
• Conduct needs and market analyses, evaluate and negotiate contracts, and create guidance and digital services.
• Prepare presentations, decision documentation and eventually take ownership of projects, budgets and deliveries.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in complex, interdisciplinary environments and able to structure complex tasks.
• Social, initiative‑driven and curious, with strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Required skills

• Master’s degree in IT, technology or engineering.
• Understanding of information security, privacy and related technical issues.
• Experience with cloud services procurement, cybersecurity or public ICT procurement.
