About the role

Thon Hotel Oslo Airport is looking for a full‑time Oppvaskleder (Dishwasher Team Leader) to join its kitchen team. You will work on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends, ensuring the smooth operation of the dishwashing area and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all dishware, glassware and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Plan daily workflow and staffing levels to meet hotel demand.
• Coordinate continuously with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager and contribute to operational improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional dishwashing equipment and cleaning procedures.
