Product Manager – Consumer Loans

About the role

As Product Manager – Consumer Loans Norway, you will shape Santander's consumer lending business in Norway, owning the product strategy, roadmap and P&L across the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Consumer Loans portfolio.
• Own the product P&L, monitoring revenue, margins, costs and profitability.
• Track market, competitor, technology and regulatory trends and translate insights into product improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to optimise product performance and drive development initiatives.
• Support pricing, distribution, insurance offerings and customer acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a senior commercial role, preferably product management or business development.
• Experience in consumer lending, banking or financial services with strong knowledge of the Norwegian market.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven and comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
