About the role

BAHR is building a Corporate & Industrials practice that serves leading companies in Scandinavia across sectors such as seafood, health, life sciences, consumer goods, industry, transport and infrastructure. As an associate lawyer you will join a team of 20 partners and specialists and help shape the group from its early stage.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and structural transactions for large industrial and service companies.
• Provide ongoing legal and strategic counsel, bridging law, policy and commercial considerations.
• Work across multiple sectors, delivering varied assignments that combine corporate, M&A and business law.

Required profile

• Motivated to develop professionally alongside senior lawyers on demanding assignments.
• Team‑player, ambitious and eager to contribute to the growth of colleagues and the practice.
• Interest in transactions and business‑law advice with curiosity about the sectors served.
• Newly graduated or currently employed at another law firm or public authority.
