Advokat/Advokatfullmektig – Kapitalforvaltning og Private Equity

About the role

BAHR is expanding its capital‑management and private‑equity practice across Scandinavia and is looking for lawyers and junior associates to work on cross‑border projects. The position is based in Oslo with regular travel to Copenhagen, Stockholm and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment and structuring of investment funds.
• Handle regulatory matters, ESG considerations and the green transition for institutional investors.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, co‑investments and continuation fund transactions.
• Provide advice on compliance, tax, and other wealth‑law issues.
• Work with a range of jurisdictions on commercial and legal assessments.

Required profile

• Motivated to develop legal expertise alongside Norway’s leading capital‑management lawyers.
• Willing to invest sustained effort to become a specialist in this field.
• Interest in related areas such as corporate, contract, tax and wealth law.
• Self‑driven, dedicated and focused on long‑term personal growth.
• Currently a recent graduate, employed at another law firm, or working in the public sector.
