Assistent for utegruppe (vikariat)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant to join our outdoor group (Scorpius) on a 100 % temporary basis. You will work with children aged 3‑5 in a small, nature‑rich kindergarten located in the Rønvika district of Bodø, providing extended outdoor experiences and supporting the daily pedagogical activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s values and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with each child, listening and encouraging participation.
• Provide positive nature experiences and supervise outdoor activities.
• Share responsibility for care and pedagogical work, including group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and support communication, while staying updated through courses offered by Læringsverkstedet Academy.

Required profile

• Relational and attentive to each child’s needs, with good listening skills.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication abilities, able to interact with diverse families and colleagues.
• Warm, caring, playful and committed to the values of Læringsverkstedet.
