Barnehagelærer – 100 % fast stilling

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Barnehagelærer (kindergarten teacher) to join our team on a full‑time permanent basis. You will help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, learning and social skills.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Læringsverkstedet value platform and quality standards in daily activities.
• Plan and lead educational projects, play sessions and other learning experiences.
• Support and mentor other staff in pedagogical methods and evaluation work.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure a cohesive partnership for each child’s development.

Required profile

• Relational and attentive to each child’s needs, with strong listening skills.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, collaborative and able to work under pressure.
• Committed to the values of Læringsverkstedet and eager to contribute to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Approved higher education degree as a kindergarten or preschool teacher.
• Good command of Norwegian, both written and spoken.
