About the role

We are looking for a playful, responsible adult to join Gonveien Nature Kindergarten in Larvik. The role focuses on using nature and the local environment as a learning platform, fostering curiosity, humor, and heartfelt interaction with children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead outdoor trips and exploratory activities that integrate natural surroundings into daily learning.
• Create engaging play experiences that support each child's development within the group and family context.

Required profile

• Strong relational skills, good communication, and the ability to make child‑centered decisions.
• Structured, goal‑oriented work style with natural leadership qualities.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, sometimes hectic, kindergarten environment.
