Polish Language & AI Training Expert

About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is seeking native‑level Polish speakers to support a language and AI training project. You will evaluate Polish audio clips for nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation and linguistic authenticity, providing clear feedback in English. No prior AI experience is required – your Polish expertise is the key qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio recordings (human or AI‑generated) and assess speaker nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, rhythm and overall linguistic authenticity against established guidelines.
• Write concise, well‑structured feedback in English, including detailed justifications for each evaluation.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language‑related ambiguities.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across all evaluations and meet assigned deadlines.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Polish with excellent spoken and written command.
• Minimum B2‑level English proficiency, able to communicate clearly in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect subtle differences in pronunciation and fluency.
• Capability to provide structured, objective, and well‑reasoned feedback.
• Independent work style with consistent adherence to evaluation guidelines.
