Barnehagelærer – Vikariat i Bråvannsåsen barnehage

About the role

The position is a temporary kindergarten teacher role at Læringsverkstedet Bråvannsåsen barnehage in Ytre Vågsbygd, Kristiansand. You will work in either a large‑children group (18 children, 3 staff) from 01 December 2026 to 26 November 2027 or a small‑children group (15 children, 5 staff) from 01 January 2027 to 01 April 2027, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations align with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform and quality standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
• Plan and execute educational projects and activities, both short‑term and long‑term.
• Support and mentor colleagues in pedagogical methods and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with parents and act as deputy for the pedagogical leader when needed.

Required profile

• Relationship‑oriented, attentive to each child’s needs and communication.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, collaborative and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifies with Læringsverkstedet’s values and demonstrates warmth, care, and ambition.
