Leder Operations Collaboration Center (OCC)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution‑driven leader to shape and launch the Operations Collaboration Center (OCC) for NorSea Logistics. The role starts while OCC is still in the project phase and evolves into full operational responsibility, reporting to the VP of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the new operations model, translating strategic goals into clear priorities and operational solutions.
• Develop OCC’s mandate, services, organization, roles, responsibilities and interfaces.
• Lead the transition from project to permanent operational function, ensuring solid governance, processes and performance metrics.
• Drive cross‑location involvement, securing stakeholder buy‑in and building a foundation for sustained collaboration.
• Identify and realize improvement opportunities across locations, enhancing flow, coordination and resource utilization.
• Establish relevant KPIs and use data actively for decision‑making, prioritisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading complex operational change or transformation projects.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on implementation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build consensus across multiple sites.
• Comfort with data‑driven management and KPI development.
• Motivation to develop new structures and solve ambiguous problems.
