About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager (Lagerformann) to lead daily operations at our warehouse, ensuring smooth flow, high quality and a good work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and allocate daily warehouse work to ensure timely receipt, handling, storage and delivery of goods.
• Manage staff, including training, development, sick‑leave follow‑up and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, drive continuous improvement and maintain quality control.
• Take primary responsibility for health, safety and environment, identifying hazards and ensuring safe work practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational teams in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritisation abilities.
• Interest in people development and building good relationships.
• Understanding of HSE and quality importance.

Required skills

• Experience with warehouse, logistics or workshop operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital work tools.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
