About the role

The position is for a Pedagogical Leader responsible for the administrative and educational management of a kindergarten department. You will help nurture children, support parents, and enable staff to deliver high‑quality early childhood education.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain a strong culture where the centre’s values are visible in daily practice.
• Lead the pedagogical and administrative work of the assigned department and participate actively in the centre’s leadership team.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children and facilitate collaboration with parents and external partners.
• Engage directly in play and everyday activities, responding to children’s needs through care and interaction.
• Develop and continuously improve the pedagogical programme offered by the kindergarten.
• Contribute to evaluation processes and ongoing development work across the centre.
• Plan daily operations, draft and implement annual plans together with staff and the director.
