Psychologist – Telehealth & Onsite Mental Health Support

About the role

Intellect Care is seeking qualified Psychologists or Counsellors to deliver 1‑on‑1 mental health support to clients via telehealth or onsite sessions. You will work within a collaborative network focused on expanding access to quality mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide up to 60‑minute counselling or psychotherapy sessions addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction and other clinical cases.
• Partner with the internal clinical team to improve the platform, client programs and overall service delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑qualification, including practicum/internship.
• Valid, active license for practice in Norway.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or adult counselling is preferred.
