Barnehagelærer – Engasjert og omsorgsfull

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Barnehagelærer who will help children grow in confidence, safety and curiosity. You will share responsibility for the daily operation of the kindergarten and actively implement the values and quality standards of Læringsverkstedet.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform.
• Create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment for children and staff.
• Share knowledge about child development and support continuous professional development within the team.
• Guide and support colleagues in pedagogical and methodological work.
• Act as deputy for the pedagogical leader when absent and contribute to evaluation and improvement processes.

Required profile

• A relational, child‑centered attitude with strong listening skills.
• Ability to inspire participation in children’s play and learning.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible and collaborative mindset.
• Comfort communicating with families and people from diverse backgrounds.
• Responsible, independent and able to work well under pressure.
