Business Process Developer – AML/KYC Solutions

About the role

Stacc, a Norwegian IT company delivering solutions for Nordic banks and financial institutions on AML and KYC compliance, is looking for a Business Process Developer to join its team. You will play a central role in developing, analysing and optimising existing processes, working alongside business developers to strengthen the team's ability to handle new customers and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes together with business developers to identify improvement areas according to customer needs
• Develop and implement processes in line with process maps
• Take part in product development and process improvement projects, coordinating with stakeholders and project teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, IT engineering or similar
• At least 2–5 years of experience as a process developer; some experience as a developer is also required
• Ability to develop good solutions combining AI and low-code
• Background as a frontend or backend developer is an advantage
• Experience with process modelling, automation tools and project management
• Good communication in both Norwegian and English, with English as the main working language
