Customer Advisor – Eyewear and Contact Lenses

About the role

Interoptik Strandtorget in Lillehammer is looking for a service-oriented employee who enjoys working with people and wants to strengthen its position as a leader in service and quality. This is a 100% full-time position as a customer advisor, helping customers find the right solutions and being part of the professional and engaged team.

Key responsibilities

• Selling and fitting glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Building good relationships and ensuring top customer experiences
• Consulting, lens instruction and eye health guidance
• Handling orders and follow-up, keeping the shop and workshop tidy
• Giving personal and professional advice to customers
• Taking part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Keeping the shop clean and welcoming
