Customer Advisor – Flexible Part-Time (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)

About the role

Interoptik is looking for a flexible part-time customer advisor who loves working with people and wants to contribute to its reputation for service and quality. You will help customers make the right choices and be part of a professional team. The position is available evenings, weekends and during holidays when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build good relationships and ensure excellent customer experiences
• Sell and advise on glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses and other products
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions suited to their vision, lifestyle and preferences
• Follow the sales process and work closely with opticians and colleagues
• Take orders and carry out workshop tasks
• Keep the shop tidy and welcoming
• Take part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Advise customers on eye health with a high standard of follow-up

Required profile

• Good command of English, enough to follow internal courses and webinars, since much training is delivered in English
• Ability to combine personal service, professional development and quality
