Store Manager – Brilleland

About the role

Brilleland is looking for a store manager in Kristiansand who puts people first. As store manager you will be the key person for both customers and employees, responsible for results, sales follow-up and budget, team leadership and safe, efficient store operations with high customer satisfaction. You work on a varied shift pattern adapted to opening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the store's results, daily sales follow-up and budget
• Team leadership and development
• Ensure effective and safe store operation with high customer satisfaction
• Lead through presence and take part actively in daily store life

Required profile

• Fluent Norwegian; good enough English to follow internal courses and webinars, since much training is in English
• Competitive spirit and drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to motivate staff on busy and quiet days
