Customer Advisor – Glasses and Contact Lenses (30-50%)

About the role

Interoptik Bakketeig, a family business spanning three generations with three stores in Bergen, Arna and Os, is looking for a new customer advisor for its store in Os on a 30-50% basis. The advisor helps customers make the right choices and is part of a professional team focused on service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Selling and fitting glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses
• Building good relationships and ensuring top customer experiences
• Consulting, lens instruction and eye health guidance
• Handling orders and follow-up, keeping the shop and workshop tidy
• Giving personal and professional advice to customers
• Taking part in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Keeping the store clean and welcoming
