Customer Advisor – Optical Shop (Full Time)

About the role

Interoptik Majorstuen, part of Synoptik Norge, is looking for a customer advisor in a 100% full-time position. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help them choose eyewear solutions that combine vision, lifestyle and personal style. The shop is located centrally on Majorstuen.

Key responsibilities

• Create excellent customer experiences and build good relationships
• Advise on and sell glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses and other products
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Work closely with opticians and colleagues to ensure a holistic experience
• Handle orders and simple workshop tasks
• Keep the shop welcoming and inspiring
• Take part in courses, training and professional development
• Guide customers on visual comfort, quality and eye health

Required profile

• Enjoys working with people and is motivated to create good experiences
• Service-minded, positive and focused on quality
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Good spoken and written English, as much training and webinars are delivered in English

Working conditions

• Shift work with day, evening and weekend shifts; work every other weekend
• Flexibility during holidays and peak periods is valued
• Shifts are planned together with the team
