Customer Service Agent – 40% Position

About the role

Talkmore, part of Telenor Norge, is looking for four new customer service agents in fixed 40% positions at its customer service team on Hasle in Oslo. The work is open weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00 and involves working according to a roster. Experience varies widely: candidates can have 20 years of experience or be looking for their first job, and previous customer service experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers with everything from SIM cards and bills to subscriptions and technical problems
• Understand what each customer needs and find a good solution
• Identify sales opportunities during conversations and recommend better plans or products when appropriate
• Use technology and new tools to handle customer requests

Required profile

• Enjoys talking to people and creating good customer dialogues
• Motivated by goals and sales, comfortable asking about sales and recommending products
• Comfortable handling several tasks at once and learning new systems quickly
• Communicates well in spoken and written Norwegian and English
