Dental Assistant Cover (Vikariat) – Central Oslo

About the role

OC Festningen Tannklinikk, part of the OC Tannklinikker group of 14 clinics across Norway, is looking for a dental assistant to cover for a colleague on parental leave. The clinic is centrally located in Oslo with good public transport links, and offers general dentistry as well as specialist services in endodontics, surgery and prosthodontics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists and specialists during treatment
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms
• Disinfect and maintain equipment according to current routines
• Follow infection control and hygiene procedures
• Handle time booking, phone calls and administrative tasks
• Contribute to smooth patient flow and effective teamwork

Required profile

• Authorization as a dental assistant or relevant experience
• Structured, accurate and responsible
• Thrives in a busy environment with varied tasks
• Good teamwork and service attitude focused on patient safety
• Flexible and solution-oriented

Required skills

• Good knowledge of digital systems
