About the role

We are looking for an engaged pedagogical leader to manage one of our four kindergarten sections. You will be responsible for both the administrative and educational quality of your department, ensuring children feel valued and parents feel secure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pedagogical and administrative work of your department and participate actively in the centre’s leadership team.
• Create a safe, nurturing daily environment for children and facilitate collaboration with parents and external partners.
• Participate in play and everyday activities, addressing children’s needs through care and interaction.
• Develop and evaluate the educational offer, contributing to continuous improvement and annual planning.

Required profile

• Approved higher education as a kindergarten or preschool teacher.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Experience in kindergarten work, preferably as a pedagogical leader.
• Good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
